Hello everyone, welcome to another episode of the Who Am I Podcast, where we pause, reflect, and refocus. But before we start today's reset, let me check on you. Where have you been stuck? Not where have you been busy? Not where have you been trying to look okay? Not where have you been telling people I'm working on it. Where have you really been stuck lately? Is it in your mindset, your habits, your fear, your comfort zone, your procrastination, your past, your pain? Because sometimes we know we need change, but we keep delaying the decision. We know we need to move, but we keep making peace with the same place. We know we need to grow, but we keep reaching back for what is familiar. So take a deep breath with me. And ask yourself honestly. What cycle have I been calling normal that is actually keeping me stuck? And here's the truth: stuck does not always look like doing nothing. Sometimes stuck looks like moving in circles. Same habits, same excuses, same reactions, same thoughts, same delays, same promises to yourself that tomorrow will be different. But today, we are interrupting that pattern. We are shifting our paradigms today. Today's episode is called No Time to Stay Stuck. Because your future cannot be built in the same cycle that keeps breaking your focus. At some point, you have to stop asking why does this keep happening? And start

Where You Are Really Stuck

asking, What do I need to change? So, welcome back to the Midweek Motivation and the No Time series. This is your moment to pause, reflect, and reset. Today we are talking to the person who knows something has to shift. You may not know every step yet, you may not have the full plan. You may not feel completely ready. But deep down, you know this. You cannot keep living like this, you cannot keep delaying your growth, you cannot keep waiting for motivation to rescue you from a pattern that discipline is trying to get you to break. And hear me clearly. This is not about shame, this is about movement, motion. Because one step in the right direction can break the power of a season that try to keep you stagnant. So stop getting comfortable in survival mode. Sometimes we stay stuck because being stuck becomes familiar. It may not be healthy, but it's predictable. We know the routine, we know the pain, we know the excuse, we know the cycle. And because change feels uncertain, we stay connected to what is comfortable, even if it's costing us peace. Well, survival was never meant to become your permanent address. You were not created just to make it through the day. You were created to grow, to heal, to rise, to become, to move forward with purpose. And yes, change can be uncomfortable. But so is staying in this place that keeps straining you. So is repeating the same pattern and expecting peace. So is knowing

there is more in you, but refusing to take the step. Sometimes the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the fear of changing. And when that moment comes, you have to move. So this is what movement does. Movement breaks the cycles. See, the enemy of being stuck is not always a big breakthrough. Sometimes the enemy of being stuck is one small move, one decision, one boundary, one conversation, one apology, one application, one walk, one page, one prayer, one honest moment with yourself. Do not underestimate small movements. See, small movements breaks agreements with delay. Small movements tell fear, you are not in charge. Small movements tell your mind we are not living on repeat anymore. You do not have to change your whole life today. How many times do I have to tell you this? You do not have to change your whole life today. Growth requires participation. You do not have to change your whole life today, but you do have to stop waiting for change to happen while you keep choosing the same habits. Healing requires honesty. Freedom requires movement. And today, your movement may not be loud, but it is still movement and it still counts. So stop waiting for perfect conditions. A lot of people stay stuck because they are waiting for everything to be perfect. Perfect timing, perfect energy, perfect confidence, a perfect support, a perfect plan. But perfect conditions are often just fear wearing a nice outfit. You do not need everything to be perfect to begin.

Small Moves Break Big Cycles

You do not need courage to take the next step. Clarity often comes after movement. Strength often comes after obedience. Confidence often grows after you start. So stop waiting until you feel ready. Start where you are, use what you have. Do what you can. Take the next step in front of you. The longer you wait for the perfect moment, the more time you give the cycle to convince you that stuck is normality. It is normal. And stuck is not your identity. It is a place and places can be left. So I encourage you, break the agreement. Sometimes staying stuck is not about the ability. It is about the agreement. We agree with fear, we agree with shame, we agree with old habits, we agree with what people said, we agree with the version of ourselves that fail before. But today, break that agreement. Break that agreement. You are not who fear says you are. You are not who failure says you are. You are not who rejection says you are. You are not the cycle you have been trying to escape. You are still becoming, still capable, still growing,

still allowed to change. So say this to yourself. I do not have to stay here. See that sentence in itself has power. I do not have to stay here. Not mentally, not emotionally, not spiritually, not relationally, not habitually. You can move. So take a deep breath wherever you are. Take a deep breath. And say this with me I have no time to stay stuck. I will take the next step. I will break the cycle. I will stop delaying my growth. I am allowed to change. I am allowed to move forward. I am becoming who I was created to be. That is your reset, not pressure, but movement, not perfection, but progress, not fear, but faith. So listen to me and hear me clearly. You have no time to stay stuck. No time to keep repeating what keeps draining you. No time to keep rehearsing

excuses that delay your growth. No time to keep calling survival your lifestyle. No time to keep standing in the same place waiting for life to change without making a decision. This is your moment to move. And it doesn't have to be dramatically, not perfectly, but it does need to be intentionally. One step can change your entire direction. One choice can interrupt the cycle. One honest decision can become the beginning of a new season. Today's reset is this. No time to stay stuck. No time to live life on repeat. No time to keep delaying your healing. No time to keep choosing comfort over growth. Pause. Reflect reset. Then move forward. Because the version of you that you have been waiting on is not found in the cycle. That version

is waiting on the other side of your next step. So before we move forward, I want you to pause for just a moment. Take a breath. Wherever you are, whatever you carry, this next part is for you. Let's speak life over ourselves out loud if we can. Because what we say in this moment has the power to shift how we walk into the rest of our day. So let's begin with our affirmation. I am not defined by my past or limited by my mistakes. I am growing, learning, and becoming who I was created to be. I have values beyond titles, roles, and expectations. I choose honesty over fear and growth over comfort. I am allowed to change, heal, and evolve. I walk with purpose, clarity, and courage. I am becoming more a mind with my true self every day. And who I am is enough. So as we close today's episode, I want to thank you for taking this time for yourself. If something you heard inspired you, challenged you, or made you pause and reflect, please, please don't keep it to yourself. Share this episode with someone who may need it.
